How It Works:
The content creator submits the work to the VTV production department for approval. The content is vetted and must pass quality and content guidelines to be accepted.
Once submitted, the creator pays and decides on distribution details (video slots, monthly runs and/or VOD), and the content is uploaded and broadcast to the VTV viewing audience.
